You will need to exceed level sixty five first. Practice your timing on the Action Commands. Then spam guard to counter Him and then use Retaliation Slash to stop his combo in the Second Phase of the boss fight. You can reflect his Fireballs too (Just button mash the Attack Button when you are not executing those other Actions.).
